Pradeep Kakkireni – Founder and CEO linked in

Pradeep Kakkireni has diverse experience in Telecom VAS market across India and entire South-East Asia – he is a strategist to the core with strong expertise and experience in planning, developing and managing international Telecom Business. He builds strong client relationships and effective operator partnerships via creation of new business lines.


As the Founder and CEO of AhalyaLabs Pradeep uses his vast experience in VAS Market to explore new product and business opportunities for Telecom and he will also lead all product teams towards successful execution and customer satisfaction.


Naveen Chava – Director linked in
Naveen had over 15 years of experience in Semiconductor industry. His experience include managing  successful product teams which are responsible for designing and developing several complex ASICs pushing the envelope in Mobile and Baseband processors. He is an angel investor in many startups and he is been in the director in many corporate boards. Naveen is currently holding the position as CEO of SiConTech.


Naveen holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University, New York and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani, India.


Prashanth Kakkireni –Director linked in

Prashanth Kakkireni is an investor with interests in various fields of business. He completed graduation in Electronics and Communication from JNTU University and received MS degree in Micro Electronics from BIT's Pilani. He had wide exposure to semiconductor industry and had experience of working with both new startups and MNC’s. He is part of several product teams which are responsible for delivering successful graphic processors and Mobile processors. He enjoys a special passion for growing startups from scratch and making them the best in class organizations.

Srikar Vempati – Director
Srikar Reddy Senior venture capitalist & Director of SiConTech with more than seven years of business experience. He completed his graduation in Electronics and Communication from JNTU University. Mr. Srikar has the distinction of successfully executing over 10 independent business projects.

Anand K – Director linked in
Anand is a seasoned incubator with over 15 years of industry experience in chip industry. Anand holds Masters in Micro-electronics and Bachelors in EEE from BITS, Pilani, India.
